Any living being who enters and dies here has their soul torn from their body, condemned to eternal slumber. Coma 3: Bloodline is a 2D horror adventure game. Players must flee from advancing puppets and shadows while gathering clues and solving puzzles to unravel the chaos enveloping three protagonists.
The story takes place at Sehwa Private High School in Seoul, South Korea—a prestigious institution with a dark secret. Beneath its glamorous facade, a group known as the "Sehwa Foundation" studies the cursed world, aiming to unlock the mysteries of the "Nightmare Dimension"—a mirror image of reality called the "Coma World." Meanwhile, the "Ghost Militia" seeks to suppress these dangerous forces, plunging the once-calm Coma World back into a land of nightmares.
