STAR OCEAN THE SECOND STORY R – The RPG of Love and Courage, Reborn

The second installment in the series, originally released in Japan in 1998, returns as a remastered edition! This title combines beautifully detailed 3D fields with nostalgic 2D pixel characters, creating a unique visual style. All character illustrations have been redrawn based on the originals, and the original voice actors have recorded full voiceover for every event for the first time. The battle system retains the series' hallmark of "simple, swift, and spectacular," with faster pacing and enhanced cooperative play with allies. Set sail anew with STAR OCEAN through the galaxy, embarking on an adventure to protect planets and love.

• Full Voice Acting by Original Cast: All events feature full voice recording by the original voice actors for the first time, achieving what was impossible in 1998. Voice data from the 2008 release STAR OCEAN 2 SECOND EVOLUTION is also included, allowing players to switch freely between roles at any time.
