Subnautica: Below Zero is an underwater adventure set on an alien ocean world. It is a new chapter in the Subnautica universe developed by Unknown Worlds. Return to Planet 4546B two years after the original game, now in the Arctic region, and survive the sub-zero temperatures while uncovering the truth behind a deadly cover-up.

- Cold-weather survival: Sub-zero Arctic temperatures pose new threats. Craft warming suits, drink steaming hot coffee, and huddle near Thermal Lilies to stay alive.
- A conspiracy of the deep: Investigate what happened to your sister. Explore abandoned research stations, and piece together the truth from scattered logs, items, and data storage to uncover the purpose of the aliens who visited this planet.
