Set in the densely populated, chaotic, and unknown Kowlong district, this action-adventure game casts you as an amnesiac Hunter Spirit determined to destroy all Slitterheads disguised as humans. Roam through neon-lit streets, forge alliances with humans known as "Rarities," wield the power of blood in combat, and unravel the mysteries of the Hunter Spirit and the origin of the Slitterheads as the story unfolds.

- Possession Mechanics: The Hunter Spirit has no physical form. Instantly possess any human to control their actions, bypass obstacles, or infiltrate dangerous areas. Rapidly switch hosts to traverse the city at incredible speed.
- Blood-Based Combat: Burn the host's life force to transform blood into weapons against Slitterheads. Even if a host is fatally wounded, switch to another host to continue the fight.
