In this strategically rich turn-based city-builder, you play as the leader of a fledgling kingdom, planning the synergy between citizens and buildings to produce precious resources. Each turn, play cards to add new citizens, structures, animals, or soldiers, construct an efficient production network, and defend against ever-intensifying challenges such as disease, invasion, and magic.
Core Gameplay: Synergy is Key
Place citizens adjacent to buildings to trigger resource generation and special abilities. As your city expands, you must constantly re-plan your layout: should you move a tanner next to farmers to boost food output, or swap him for miners to increase productivity? Every adjustment creates new synergies, potentially unlocking breakthrough resource loops.
Dynamic Challenges & Card Unlocks
Resources reset each turn, so you cannot simply "idle" to accumulate—you must adapt your strategy and find the balance your kingdom needs. As your prosperity tier rises, new cards unlock, introducing more resource types, skills, and synergies. Veteran citizens may become vital cogs alongside newcomers, or be optimized out to make way for more powerful combinations.
Victory is Just the Beginning
After winning, the Chaos Modifier completely reshapes the game rules, changing how you build your kingdom in future runs; Alternate Cards let you switch between two versions of a card, offering greater flexibility to try bold new strategies. Every victory brings a fresh challenge.
