Game Introduction
Kyoto Xanadu: The Blooming Phantom is an action RPG set in modern Kyoto, Japan. The story follows teenagers known as "Qualified Ones" who awaken extraordinary powers and embark on an adventure between reality and a mysterious otherworld.
Protagonist Jin Kano gains the ability to fight monsters after a fateful incident. Transferred to Hirasa Academy, he battles to conquer the otherworld—but a twist of fate awaits him…
Game Features
- Innovative 2D×3D Battle System: Combines two action modes. Explore the vast underground labyrinth in classic side-scrolling "2D Battle" mode, then enter gates to switch to "3D Battle" mode, using diverse skills and agile moves for three-dimensional combat.
- Custom Soul Device & Guardian System: Use points earned from exploration and daily life to strengthen Soul Devices and learn new actions. Equip Guardian Cards obtained in 3D battles to boost stats, unleash magic attacks (fire, ice, etc.), or perform ranged strikes.
- High School Daily Life: Plan your daily schedule by arranging action cards before class—raise subject stats and influence relationships with other characters. After school, freely explore Kyoto streets, gather information, shop, or dine with classmates.
- Rich Chat & Side Quests: Engage in character conversations and tackle quests across Kyoto to deepen your understanding of the world and each character's personality.
